Welcome to Core

Core is a customer-focused company providing services providing heating and hot water across the North West Cambridge Development, situated in Cambridge between Huntingdon Road, Madingley Road and the M11.

Located in the heart of Eddington, a new district in Cambridge established in 2017, the Energy Centre uses a heating network to provide heating and hot water to properties within the development. By increasing the efficiency of energy distribution, the heating network reduces wastage and help residents minimise their carbon footprint. This is just one of the ways in which sustainability is built into the North West Cambridge Development.

Core operates the Energy Centre and District Heating Network across the development, and is responsible for communicating with customers regarding system maintenance, and handling payments for heating and hot water services.
